Spoorthidhama is a Non- government organization that came into being in the context of the birth centenary celebrations of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar with the main objective of upholding the values of equality and social justice for which he fought throughout his life. It has been engaged in several academic and cultural activities related to children's education, health care, women's empowerment and building young people's capacity to negotiate socio-political realities. We see it as a space for people from different walks of life come together to celebrate the values enshrined in our Constitution. It is a space to work together, discuss and debate, engage in socio- cultural activities and find serenity and peace within.
